One Tuesday, I was on my way home from a long day at work, when I realized that I hadn’t taken my garbage out that morning. I groaned to myself, thinking of the overflowing pail of garbage I would have to face for the next week. But when I came home, I saw my garbage out front and empty! My neighbor confessed to being the one who took the extra minute and helped me out. I think we all have to take the extra time when doing something for ourselves and think, “Is there anyone else who could use my help without even knowing about it or asking for it?”
